1973 Custom

this well loved 1973 macwester was built in the uk, and sailed to the bay area in the mid 1990s. since then, this eclectic vessel has been adored and modified by the last three liveaboard owners, and is now looking for its next person. \n \nhas a beautifully working 2005 mercury outboard, serviced throughout, and new motor mount. working head with new pump, 12 gallon holding tank. entire ac/dc interior electrical and exterior electrical has been redone, mast still needs a rewire. recent 3 coat custom paint job, no cabin leaks. new galvanic isolator, horn, compass, and 2 uk solar quick release roof fans. manual and auto bilge pumps. \nmain and jib sails are in excellent condition, but the main needs a bath due to wildfire smoke. cqr and danforth anchors. \ntons of cabinets and storage. older functional gps and fishfinder. radio, vhs. headroom in main cabin just under 6' \nclean title \n \n price reduced and is flexible for the right person. \n \ncall if interested \n
