You must be at least 18 years old and have the authority to represent any business or dealer inventory you syndicate.
You are responsible for safeguarding login credentials and notifying us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

Boatinho owns the site design, software, logos, and aggregated data. You retain ownership of your content but grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to display, cache, and promote the listings or media you provide in connection with Boatinho’s services. You must have the right to upload all photos, descriptions, and marks used in your inventory.
Boatinho is provided “as is.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free listings, or specific lead volumes. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Boatinho and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the marketplace. In no event will our aggregate liability exceed the greater of USD $100 or the amounts you paid for paid services in the prior 12 months.
You agree to indemnify and hold Boatinho harmless from claims arising out of your listings, your communications with buyers, violations of these Terms, or infringement of another party’s rights.
We may suspend or terminate accounts or feed access for any reason, including policy violations or suspected fraud. You may stop using Boatinho at any time. Sections covering intellectual property, disclaimers, liability, and governing law survive termination.
We may update these Terms as our services evolve. If changes are material we will provide advance notice through the site or email. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
