1982 Somerset

14 x 58 houseboat. queen bed (new mattress), laundry room, remodeled tile shower, new samsung refrigerator, tons of storage, lots of extras. not perfect, needs minor work, fixer upper. i lived aboard for 5yrs. moved to pensacola for work, too far away to enjoy it. i'm willing to pass it along to next owner. current registration, has heat and a/c. units are 5yr old. needs outdoor carpet. windows probably need replacement. needs small roof patch, doesn't leak, but has previous inside spot. good floating apartment, thus the low price. solid boat. sams marine survey inspection done in 2018 when i bought it and moved in. aluminum hull. also including a sears 170 runabout, (needs minor work). 2 boats for one price. text me at:
