you are looking at a slightly used 2024 31 regulator. she was delivered new in august and is for sale as her owners have had a sudden change of plans. she is powered with the new yamaha 450 offshore outboards. these engines give a true fully loaded top end of 60 mph! just detailed and stored in heated storage.
