the dawg house is a 1988 mainship 40 double cabin motor yacht in nice condition and well maintained. she offers twin crusader 454's, a kohler 7.5kw generator, upper and lower helm stations, 2500-watt ac power inverter, dinghy davits, covered aft deck and an enclosed flybridge. the main cabin is aft with an island style queen berth, ample storage and a private ensuite head with separate shower. the guest cabin is forward with a queen size v berth and its own private head with separate shower. the dawg house is kept under cover in fresh water.
