2004 horizon yacht 65ft x 16ft houseboat located on the sacramento river with live aboard (currently available) at marina. houseboat is in excellent condition located in sacramento. the house has 4 private staterooms and a pull out sofa to sleep a total of 10 indoors. the salon is spacious with a flat screen tv, their is a full galley with bar and kitchen table seating. kitchen has a microwave, stove, oven, dish washer, garbage disposal, toaster oven, coffee pot and bar and security system. the master bedroom includes 2nd flat screen tv, private bathroom/shower, 2 closets, washer and dryer. their is a second bathroom/shower for the other rooms. 2 full bathrooms. lots of storage under the boat. ac/heater, generator, 2 gas tanks for each mercruiser 350 inboard outboard engine. deck on back of boat has jet ski with hoist. deck on front of boat has additional table and chairs. upper deck includes 2nd helm, wet bar with bar stools, hoist, waterslide, jacuzzi, fire pit with seating, additional covered table and chairs and is very spacious.
