1977 hatteras yachtfish this 1977 yachtfish by hatteras is a beautiful aft cockpit motoryacht with a fiberglass hull, twin 871 detroit diesel inboards, generator and two helm stations. the modified semi-vee hull has hard chines, molded waterline and sheer-line spray rails, fixed splash-rails aft, and transom mounted trim tabs. forward at the bow is a fixed, molded frp anchor platform with a stainless cqr anchor set in an aluminum anchor flume, followed by stainless cleats, chocks with chafe rails, and a chrome anchor windlass with deck switches. also, at the bow is a single stainless pulpit rail, fixed to a varnished hardwood handrail on stainless stanchions, running continuously aft to the aft deck stainless rail, with port and starboard amidships gates. continuing aft are two fixed outboard deck boxes, and a transverse bench seat, followed by the raised cabin superstructure, with tinted glass, three panel windshield, three wipers, flush windows, and sliding door entries, and through the aft companionway doors is the isinglass/frp panel enclosed sundeck.
