this hans christian 4750 explorer, aslan, is considered to be a semi-custom production boat as only a few of the model 4750 were made and the model has many enhanced aspects to the hull, deck & gear. the deck and cockpit areas, and the interior of aslan were all designed for long distance passage making with tons of storage and handholds while offering luxurious accommodations to her owners and crew. she is designed with many detailed features among them is the "crash zone" forward in which a double hulled section reinforced with kevlar was built into the boat.
