1996 Fountain

update: invested another in new upholstery and detailing. . . motor freshly fully serviced (300 hr service) and turn key ready for the next 100 hours. . . new photo shoot to follow when complete and the price is now a firm .00 \n \nfor sale by private owner is this 1996 fountain center console with a one owner bought brand new 2019 yamaha f300 mechanical 25\" rh outboard motor on an atlas 6\" setback hydraulic jack plate. . . \n \ni bought this boat out of marathon, florida about 10 years ago, it was powered with a yamaha 250hpdi direct injection at the time. . . my initial intentions were to flip the boat after a few improvements. . . if there was anything i skimped on with the intent of flipping the boat, i have already replaced it again to make it right as i fell in love with the boat and improved it for my usage habits. . . ten years later i finally pulled the trigger on a bigger boat so this one is available for a new owner to enjoy as i have. . . \n \nthis is a preliminary listing as i have been consumed with the new boat. . . \n \nthis fountain hull is all original gelcoat and factory painted stripes. . . never been bottom painted. . . always lift or trailer kept on my watch. . . the boat would top out at 49-50mph with the previous 250hpdi power. . . 3-4 years ago i added the atlas jackplate and the brand new yamaha f300. . . boat picked up an honest 10mph with 59-60mph being the top end now with a light load in the right conditions. . . boat runs mid 50's all day everyday loaded up. . . \n \nin the recent months i have invested over to included some additional custom welded t-top tubes for the all new soft top material and overhead life jacket storage compartments. . . as well as another to add 2 more top of the line jl audio 8\" speakers with the led lighting, the jl lighting controller and all the rigging for the same. . . the rest of the boat has been pre-rigged for the led lighting though the previous generation speakers have not been updated yet. . . \n \nboat has a newer jl audio head, 2 jl audio 600mhd marine amplifiers, 4 more 8\" speakers (non led) for a total of 6 - 8.8's as well as a 10\" jl sub-woofer. . . the system rocks. . ! newer color 10\" garmin gps. . . 3 amg north star batteries. . . 95% of the wiring and rigging in the entire boat has been upgraded and replaced. . . \n \nvhf and fm shakespeare antenna's on the high end stainless mounts. . . original taco outriggers were removed for the new soft top and not reinstalled as i only used them previously for flying flags. . . the articulating bases can be bolted back on and will be included but they need to be gone through with some of the small hardware (fasteners and dowel pins) in need of replacement. . . the telescoping outrigger poles themselves are not included. . . curved dual row heise led flood / spot light bar lights up the night like day time. . . i love the night time boating and this makes it safe and enjoyable. . . \n \neverything in the boat works as it should with the exception of the live-well pump having been removed as i never used it to pump raw water. . . next plan was to add a fresh water tank with a new pump. . . i re-did all the interior in the earlier part of my ten year rein and it is time to have it re-done again. . . i am in line with my local upholstery artist and plan to continue in that direction though the price of the boat may go up. . . get to it now and can do it to your taste and budget. . . \n \nhigh end blue led underwater lights. . . blue led courtesy lights and overhead light. . . led navigation and anchor lights. . . custom stainless under platform boarding ladder. . . motor mounted stick pin shallow water anchor bracket with 9' stick pin included. . . 135 quart yeti cooler with cushion included. . . noco built in battery charger. . . high speed through hull transducer. . . bennett dual ram hydraulic trim tabs. . . standard vhf ship to shore. . . fortress aluminum anchor, stainless chain and 150' anchor line. . . \n \nthe boat does everything a newer k plus bay boat can do without breaking the bank. . . gets compliments on it's condition and timeless styling everywhere she goes. . . the stripes are finally fading out and were on my list to have re-painted. . . the gel is well kept and shiny with some typical bumps and bruises (mostly from before i acquired it) but it shows real well and from 5' back everyone thinks its a new boat. . . full cover as shown. . . \n \ni'll add to the long list of upgrades another day and will be providing more photos (some now shown with the old outboard) as i can gather them and take recent ones. . . \n \nsits on a nice 2016 continental tandem torsion axle trailer set up perfectly for the boat with the exception of the brakes having been removed. . . all the lights work on the trailer and while the tires are older i have a brand new set of 4 that have not been mounted yet. . . \n \nthe boat is covered on the trailer in key largo at mile marker 98. . . shown by appointment only and ready for sea-trial to serious buyers. . . i've done all my own maintenance (as well as all the aforementioned updates) and it's time again for the 300 hour service in which i have already bought all the parts for. . . all the prior services are documented from the 20, 120, 220 and ready now for the 320. . . \n \ni know its an older hull but it is also a reputably well built high performance hull that has more style than the majority of the price point run of the mill boats of which you may see 30 of one brand alone on the sandbar any given weekend. . . the re-power alone was in the neighborhood of k. . . reasonable offers will be considered but please don't waste \"our time\" with any low balls. . . it's not a fire sale and it will not be given away. . . i've seen some of the boats people have spent k on and it makes mine look like a bargain. . . \n \ncall or text bob
