Info

factory pitch: a good-looking boat in her day with colorful hull graphics and modern lines, the silverton 310 express is a generic midcabin cruiser with a big interior and good overall performance. like all silverton boats, the 310s hull is solid fiberglass, and her 11-foot, 6-inch beam is serviceable for a 30-footer.going below, the entryway steps are suspended by aluminum weldments, and the open design makes the aft cabintucked below the cockpitseems unusually spacious. there are berths for six, and the opening ports and deck hatches provide excellent cabin ventilation.the cockpit is arranged with three seating areas (including a doublewide helm seat that tilts up for use as a bolster), and the cockpit table can be converted into a sun pad. additional features include a walk-through windshield, privacy curtains for both staterooms, a foldaway transom seat, cockpit wet bar, and fender racks built into the swim platform.standard 250hp 5.7l mercruiser sterndrives cruise the 310 express at 1920 knots (low 30s top). 5 knots= 5.8 mph silverton 310 express specifications: length: 32'0" beam: 11'6" draft: 2'2" weight: 9,202# clearance: 10'5" fuel: 150 gals. water: 54 gals. waste: 35 gals. hull type: modified-v deadrise aft: 14 whys it up for auction?: someone is going to get an exceptional deal on a very nice cruiser here. we simply do not have the room or time to find and fix oil leak going into winter, and as you can see in the background; we need the room. the generator will need taken out to pull motors to fine leak. we barely have the ability to do this outside with winter approaching, and it will not fit in our shop for winter work. both engines fire up and run well. it shifts nicely. the oil leak is gradual but we are not going to throw some stuff in there, change oil, and call it good. we will assist in a wet load at no charge but will not ship ourselves. all shipping must be approved 10 days in advance with us, thank you hull condition: the hull looks great. the bottom paint is a little dry. it could either use a hand coat rolled on or full blast and re-shot cover depending on your intentions. it feels especially dry at the water line, which would lead me to believe that the factory paint line was much lower, when it was raised after routine recovering, it must not have been sanded first. complete speculation, but letting you know. i see no blisters; even from keel to pulpit at bow has no scuffs/scrapes/scratches. port side bow shows a rub from rubber fenders hung during lift out, wipes off. exterior condition: the boat waterline up from a fiberglass standpoint is pretty nice. a few scuffs here and there, but it is not oxidized nor beat up. the rub rail is decent too. cockpit interior condition: overall i feel its nice inside. it is a potentially a quick detail away from being very nice. the vinyl itself is not faded nor dried out. notable defects will only include small abrasions or scuffs so to speak on the head rest on the full width of the bench at the helm. the main captains seat vinyl inlay separated at stitching seem. the carpet is nice too. there is an icemaker, however due to hard water i would feel safe to say it will need taken apart and cleaned, or replaced. canvas condition: the bimini top is nice, i did find the boot which zip around after pictures (it was beneath a seat i missed). she comes with a cockpit snap on cover that is great too; its not dry or ripped. truly all of the canvas is very nice. it has an enclosure that appears to need cleaned, and i will not promise that its all there- several pieces beneath the master berth laid flat, but who knows until its put together. electronics condition: the bilge, blower, and horn worked on 11/5/2015. will not guarantee the working order of anything with a wire ran to it. however, the factory electronics as with most any 90s era cruiser do not appear to work. it does have an aftermarket garmin gps with it that does come on. the stereo system is missing an amplifier which is/was located on the starboard side as you enter midcabin in overhead cabinet. all the wiring is there: should be easy but who knows. the entire speaker system has wires that are ran to amp on this so it needs one before it will work i assume. there is an ac/dc tv with dvd in the midcabin. the boat needs to be connected to either shore power or generator for the microwave to work, so it couldnt be tested nor could the water heater. the cabins refrigerator did come on, may need charged because its already cold outside, so even after it ran a while- it was still just as cold in it as it was outside. the cabin lighting all worked. i saw one aftermarket led at the walkthrough was burnt out. otherwise, all the lighting including navigation/anchor lights came on. cabin condition: the cabin is enormous for a 31 boat and provides quite a bit of natural light and headroom. its midcabin is especially roomy for an express style boat. both the aft cabin and master stateroom mattress are both soft yet firm, meaning they arent worn out. the salon dinette seems a little worn on the vinyl. each sleeping area has curtains for privacy. the carpet has been replaced, wouldnt have been my choice of coor but it is in great shape and works. this is an easy cruiser to keep clean because it is a fiberglass lined cabin. in the head, there is great over head storage, vacuum-flush toilet, and shower. in the midcabin are more cushions, i think some may work to make the dinette into a bed. the kitchenette provides storage for a weeks vacation and is a nice surface area to prepare a meal. features include microwave, stove, and refrigerator. mechanical condition: the boat has roughly 655 hours on it. the generator is a kohler and has less than 150 hours. as mentioned, port engine leaks oil. however, we recommend having new seals on each engine prior to routine long distance cruising. everything is currently winterized. it does not mix oil/water. shifts and turns well. the generator works very well too. as with anything pre-enjoyed you purchase, i would recommend having impellers changed on motors and gen to start with. all shipping must be approved 10 days in advance with us, thank you all large photos disclaimer boats are offered subject to prior sale, price change, or withdrawal without notice. heartland marine offers the details of a boat in good faith, but cannot guarantee or warrant the accuracy of this information nor warrant the condition of the boat.*under no exception will we take more than $2,000 towards your purchase on a credit card. *certified funds, cash in hand, or prearranged wire transfer only. *overseas buyers: use a company that specializes in transportation abroad questions riccardo - 03/01 11:22am buonasera, sarei interessato alla barca, quali sono i costi di trasporto per italia?? e possibile?? grazie riccardo. reply jean-marc viens - 02/02 10:32am i much for the boat +delivery at crysler park marina in canadian money please i am vert interessted thank you reply jeff maillette - 06/02 2:57pm is this silverton still available? reply cees de lange - 01/09 1:03pm inform me what is the transport cost to the port of rotterdam the netherlands reply jay r. - 15/07 1:54am is this available???? reply jay r. - 15/07 1:54am is this available???? reply david trent - 01/08 5:57pm please send reply looking to buy asap reply
